Thank you for reviewing Nightingale Security‘s (“Nightingale”, “we,” “us” or “our”) privacy policy for our Internet website’s located at the URL’s www.nightingalesecurity.com and www.nightingalesystems.com (collectively referred to as the “Site”). Personally Identifiable Information We Collect:
You can generally visit our Site without having to submit any personally identifiable information about yourself to us.
If you contact us with questions or request information, newsletters or support, we will collect the personally identifiable information that you voluntarily transmit to the Site, such as your name, email, phone number and any information you include.
If you submit your resume or apply for a job listing, we will collect your name, job history, LinkedIn profile, email, availability for work and current employer name.

How we Use Information:

If you have requested a demonstration on the Site or signed up to receive our newsletters, we will send you our newsletters and other marketing materials regarding our products and services that we believe may be of interest to you. We also may contact you by phone in certain situations, such as to schedule a demonstration for you.
We will use your resume or job application for our hiring efforts.

Children’s Privacy
Nightingale recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. Nightingale does not target this Site to children under 13. Our computer systems and third party hosting provider systems are currently based in the United States so your personal data will be processed by us in the United States where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union.
